When you interact with this website you are interacting with me.
What I do and how I do it is not for everybody, but I’m not looking for everybody, I’m only looking for you.
I am not a therapist or clinician; I am a semi retired businessman who started a one man consulting business in 2016.
I use a tool called Judgment Index as the starting point. If you’re thinking about all the assessments you’ve taken in your life, read this first (link here to About the Judgment Index page), because I guarantee you haven’t taken anything like the Index.
It is very good at identifying ways in which we get in our own way when we are trying to advance ourselves. Now, how do we help you get over the obstacles, and do it in a way that is efficient with your time and money, but yields long lasting results?
I have spent the last 18 months trying to devise a solution to that problem and thus, Peak You was born.
I have two goals:
- Help you identify specific obstacles to you achieving your personal and professional Peak
- Make targeted, low cost, executive coaching content available to those who wish to overcome such obstacles
There are 2 ways I can help you identify these obstacles:
- First, there are certain things I run into so often that I just describe them and you will say ‘yep, that’s me.’ Go here to read up on these common topics. (LInk here to Common Obstacles to Peak Performance)
- The second is by using assessments.
Assessments help a lot, and this website has some free ones (link here), as well as some that cost money. (link here to JI.) Assessments help you identify specific areas or issues to work on which then lets you target your improvement efforts. That’s where Peak Pathways come in, (link here) structured content delivered via text over a sustained period to induce lasting change. This is the crux of what we are trying to get done here.
One last point. I have no metrics, no exit strategy, no influencer aspirations, no branding dreams, and no investors.
This is personal to me.
